This is the photo that was used in the CHICAGO SUN TIMES Front Cover. This is a scan of that cover. I have since purchased the other AP PHOTOS from that day. The photos were dated August 8th, 1956. Larry Neumann was captured after killing three people. A bar owner, a barmaid, and a newspaper vendor outside. Larry believed that he was shorted less than two dollars. He left the bar went to his car, got a shotgun, and went back to the bar killed all three. He went on the run for two months. He was a subject of a 200 Chicago Police manhunt, which erupted in gunfire at ended with the arrest of Larry Neumann on August 1st, 1956. Upon Capture Larry Neumann admitted to killing all three. He is 28 years old when he was arrested.
