Vito Colucci PI

I want to tell you about a guy named Vito Colucci. I met Vito two weekends ago at Mob Con in Las Vegas. However, I knew who he was prior to this event. We have a couple of mutual friends, but I wanted to say “Hi” to him because I just finished his book ROGUE TOWN. I was able to relate a lot of his book to what goes on McHenry County today.

VITO COLUCCI’S CRIME TIME with guest PAUL SCHARFF

I knew Vito could relate a lot to what has, and is still going on in McHenry County. Vito started his career as a young police officer in the early 70’s in Stamford Connecticut. Before you make the same assumptions that I did about Stamford, that it sounds like a tranquil place without any kind of corruption, think where it is geographically to New Jersey, and New York. It was on the take and that is what McHenry County is, on the take. When Vito started to work for the Stamford Police Department, he was quickly promoted to working in plain clothes. While working in plain clothes, he winds up learning that everything that was criminal was protected by the Stamford Police. Everything is up for grabs; special favors, bribes, gambling, bookies, juice loans, connected people getting government jobs, and lots of drugs. The New York families all shun drugs but they participated in trafficking them. Vito was finding out that the cops at the Stamford Police Station was connected to the Gambino and Genovese crime families. He even finds out that many of his bosses are part of the ring. What does this sound like?

Milliman-+-Nygren

McHenry County Sheriff Keith Nygren and Deputy Scott Milliman during better times.

If you answered “Home,” you got that right. Home, McHenry County. We need to look at these things for what they are and call them as we see them. I have traced Sheriff Hendle to the Chicago Outfit. You can look at my FOIA Appeal and start reading on page 11. We have the current Sheriff, Keith Nygren, that was alleged by his former right hand man Deputy Scott Milliman, that Milliman was tapped by Sheriff Nygren to kill a judge, and a coroner’s candidate. Milliman has stated that the sheriff was running illegal aliens from Mexico to McHenry, taking bribes, ticket fixing, etc … We have Undersheriff Andrew Zinke that told a person of interest that he was a subject in a joint operation being conducted by the DEA and McHenry County Sheriff’s office. Brian Goode and his Rita Corporation in Crystal Lake was involved in an investigation of trafficking 60 tons of marijuana over a ten month period. The Rita Corporation is the same address that Zinke uses for his campaign headquarters for the 2014 sheriff election. You had the Ethics Commission decide that a very political email, sent from Undersheriff’s  government computer during government time, was not a

political email sent from a government computer during government time. The explanation provided, none. None was made publically anyway and the citizen that brought this valid complaint, Cal Skinner, was almost punished with a $5,000 fine. Are you starting to see what I see?

Vito would be able to tell you what happens in environments like this. Your law enforcement will breed a culture of promoting those that do the dirty work, and punishing those that don’t go along to get along. Illegal activity like gambling, prostitution, book making and drug trafficking will be protected by those that are networked into the regime. Deals will be made with organized crime, drug dealers, and street gangs. The government entities that are supposed to be for the people, will be for the regime. Transactions legal on the face are filled with kick backs that are paid back to the regime. Job positions given as favors, or given to those that will push the agenda of the regime. Not to mention, people get hurt, some even get killed. Does this work for you?

Draw the comparisons, what do you see? I see what we have. A sheriff’s department more gangster than good. A sheriff’s department that spends quite a bit of the tax payers money hiding their dirt and punishing those that try to spotlight it. I see political fixing in the government, and  we should expect the same in the judiciary as well. Our home is on the take! It is not working for the people and it is getting fleeced by the corrupt few. If you don’t think that we are under siege take another look, it’s not that hard to see.

Vito since rooting out the corruption of Stamford, has become a nationally known PI (Private Investigator) working on some of the high profile cases in the country.  Vito is a regular commentator on various news programs including: Fox News, MSNBC, Catherine Crier/Court TV, Star Jones, Glenn Beck, Nancy Grace, Larry King, CNN Headline News, and The Bill O’Reilly Show. He also hosts a nationally syndicated radio show called Crime Time. I was his guest this past Sunday Night and you can listen to the show. “GANGSTERS WHERE BADGES TOO”

  • Duncan Mchenry says:

The Mafia and corruption is entrenched in the Mchenry County Government system. Custody cases have been fixed. There are men women and children that live without their family’s everyday, because a custody case was fixed. And then, there are those that have not been allowed visitation with their child or children because the Judges favored the parent who paid a bribe. Some children will prevail despite everything that has happened to them, but they will be forever changed. Others will survive and they will be adversely affected by their situations for the rest of their lives. Some of the parents of these children committed suicide, and others became dysfunctional because of the loss of their children. And yes, there are others who moved on with their lives, even though their children are not far from their thoughts. I thank God everyday that things played out in the courtroom, in such a way, that I still have my child. The fix was in and the FBI intervened to assist me in my case.

Individuals have been wrongfully arrested, convicted, and even incarcerated.
Today, individuals sit in jail and or prison, because of a wrongful arrests and wrongful convictions in Mchenry County. Even if they are cleared and exonerated, they will live with the stigma of being falsely arrested for the rest of their lives. If it can happen to Gary Gauger, it can happen to anyone. Civil law suits have also been fixed.

Then there are the murders in Mchenry County. Many people actually lost their lives because they knew too much. Take a look at the Beth Bentley case. Her husband is a lawyer in Mchenry County. He moved his love interest into his home shortly after Beth disappeared. He quickly and promptly got rid of all of Beth belongings after her disappearance.

Sixty tons of Marijuana has been shipped into Rita Corporation in a 10 month period. Even though Brian Goode, the owners of Rita Corporation and Undersheriff Andy Zinke have denied this, they are lying. The DEA tracked the shipments from Mexico to the loading docks of Rita Corporation.

Don’t wait until your lives have been turned upside down because you suddenly find yourself part of the Mchenry County Court System. Don’t wait until, you lose a family member, your home, your job and even your life savings We can put the players of corruption in Mchenry County out of business by casting our votes for the people committed to making change in our government… Bill Prim has no connections to the on going gravy train of corruption. He can and will change the future of Mchenry County…….We are counting on you Bill Prim.
