Undersheriff Andrew Zinke and the Rita Corporation on RT 31

Undersheriff Andrew Zinke and the Rita Corporation on RT 31

A few weeks ago I wrote a blog called, “Andrew Zinke for McHenry County Sheriff, Really?” In my blog I relate my personal experience and what it was like having Andrew Zinke reopen my father’s case. Here’s the link to that blog.

I suggested that you should go and read Cal Skinner’s blog the McHenryCountyblog.com and Gus Philpott’s Woodstock Advocate.com. I am also going to suggest another site that has received my attention. It is Pete Gonigam’s FirstElectricNewspaper.com. We are all very busy with our own lives, and engaging in the politics of McHenry County can be mentally draining. However, those that serve their own interest, when they should be serving all of our interest, depend on that fact that you are too busy to pay attention, so engage.

In my blog about Andrew Zinke I spoke about his arrogance and his disdain for victims who want to find out exactly what happened to their loved ones. His ineptitude seems to be of a larger scope, it also seems to include a disdain for law enforcement and their personal safety.

The law of the land is that drugs are illegal. Regardless of your views on drug laws, that is the law the land and we should all expect law enforcement to abide by them. In the case of Undersheriff Zinke the law can be overlooked if you’re part of his network of friends.

On October 25, 2012 Sgt. John Koziol of the McHenry County Sheriff’s office asked for a special prosecutor to conduct an investigation of Undersheriff Zinke. Koziol alleges that the Undersheriff tipped off a suspect in a cooperative drug investigation with the DEA.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Zinke issued a statement he was calling Koziol a disgruntled employee and said his assertions are “false and being made out of spite.”

In the court filing by Koziol he states that on July 9, 2012 he was working with the DEA task force. They had intercepted a truck carrying 4,000 pounds of marijuana to Crystal Lake, Illinois. That was only the beginning. They later learned that over 60,000 pounds of marijuana was shipped to Crystal Lake and two other locations over a 10 month period. At this time Koziol got permission from his supervisor to go ahead and tell Undersheriff Zinke about the investigation. Not only did he tell Zinke about the investigation, he also told who they suspected. Koziol told Zinke that the truck was heading to the Rita Corporation in Crystal Lake, which is owned by Brian Goode.

On July 13, 2012 Koziol claims that he saw Zinke speaking the Brian Goode outside the McHenry County Government Center in Woodstock. Koziol also claims that Zinke had said to him that he told Brian Goode ” everything.”

At the beginning Zinke was denying everything. ” The complaint against me is not only a erroneous and without merit, it also puts DEA officers in jeopardy during their ongoing investigation of narcotic  trafficking.” Apparently, there must’ve been some evidence that Zinke did exactly what Koziol accused him of. Later, Zinke would make claim of no wrongdoing but he would not deny telling Brian Goode “everything.”

So Zinke LIED! He stated that Koziol claims were false and made out of spite, but they were true. Not only that but he tried to slander the character of a fellow law enforcement officer for his own short comings up judgement and character. He even accused this man of jeopardizing the DEA officers when he was he that was jeopardizing their safety and well-being., I am going to take this moment to remind you, because I think it’s necessary, this is the second highest law enforcement officer in McHenry County.

This does get better, believe it or not. Who is Brian Goode? For one, he serves as the McHenry County Sheriff’s Merit Commissioner. The Daily Herald reports that the Rita Corporation has donated over $50,000 to Zinke’s campaign. He’s also contributed $50,000 from 1999 to 2011 to campaigns for McHenry County Sheriff Keith Nygren. The address to the Rita Corporation is 850 S. Route 31, the very same address for Zinke’s campaign headquarters. This is a link to the Merit Commission’s web page, so you can understand the role of a commissioner and judge for yourself if this role should be filled by Brian Goode.

So is this the beginning of the end to Undersheriff Zinke? Well, it was perceived that the McHenry County state’s attorney’s office could not ethically investigate Zinke as they were already defending him in multiple civil lawsuits. So that left it up to the Sheriff to do his own investigation and he did. Sheriff Keith Nygren give Zinke two thumbs up. So what happened the Zinke? NOTHING! That is right absolutely, positively nothing. No one in this situation could find that Zinke broke any law or a Sheriff’s Order.

So who are you voting for in the McHenry County Sheriff election, Zinke?

UPDATE AS OF TODAY June 19, 2013: Pete Gonigan of the FirstElectricNewspaper.com filed for FOIA Request (Freedom of Information Act) for the Sheriff Nygren’s investigative report that cleared Undersheriff Andrew Zinke of any wrong doing in this matter. Donald Leist (does this name sound familiar? If not, here is my blog from last week) the EEO/Legal Affairs Officer refused his request. On Appeal to PAB, the Illinois Attorney General’s Office ordered the report released to FEN last month but Nygren hasn’t done it. FEN has filed a lawsuit asking the Circuit Court to order Sheriff Nygren to release the investigative report. Go get them Pete; GET SOME, GET SOME!!! (Marine Corps expression)

You can read the article here at the FirstElectricNewspaper

The WoodstockAdvocate also has an article on the lawsuit and you can read it here

KNOWLEDGE CENTER

I have put together some of the articles that I have written that are prevalent for the upcoming election in MARCH!. This is the Republican Nominee election but probably more important than the general election. It is most likely the winner in March will win in November and become sheriff. If you review the articles in the Knowledge Center, you will read all kinds of unbelievable things as it relates to this election.

My mother and father, Ron and Kathy Scharff, 1969.

Freedom of Information Act Appeal to get the remainder of my father’s file. In my efforts to get to the bottom of my father’s murder and what the McHenry County Sheriff’s office has done to me and my family 33 years ago. I filed a FOIA Request (Freedom of Information Act Request) to get my father’s case file. Many documents were withheld from my request. It is my believe the documents are withheld to protect guilty individuals that are known to Sheriff Keith Nygren and Undersheriff Andrew Zinke that covered up who actually killed my father during the original investigation. Start on page 11 to read what sounds like a murder mystery thriller, but this is my true life. It is backed by FBI reports, witness statements, and newspaper articles.

Undersheriff Andrew Zinke and the Rita Corporation on RT 31Andrew Zinke for McHenry County Sheriff, Really??? This article is based on my own father’s murder investigation and Undersheriff Andrew Zinke. I talked about how he made his own milestones and failed to meet every single one. How it took me calling NBC News Chicago to get Andrew Zinke to return my phone call about my father’s murder investigation, as he was the lead investigator. I am fighting to get the remainder of my father’s case file. It is my believe that Undersheriff Andrew Zinke and the Sheriff Keith Nygren are hiding and protecting individuals that covered up the true killer of my father during the original investigation.

Undersheriff Andrew Zinke and the Rita Corporation on RT 31Andrew Zinke plus Rita Corporation equals ON THE TAKE Brian Goode and his RITA Corporation was a person of interest and focal point for the investigation of the distribution of 30 plus tons of marijuana. Undersheriff Andrew Zinke told Brian Goode of the investigation. Two days later, according to Koziol, (Sgt. Koziol was working on the investigation and filed a complaint against Zinke) Goode gave Zinke’s election campaign a $5,000 donation. The RITA Corporation address is the same address as Andrew Zinke’s campaign headquarters.

Deputy Zane SeiplerMcHenry County Deputy Zane Seipler under siege, Again!! Zane Seipler is a whistleblowing deputy that was fired by Keith Nygren after he exposed the sheriff’s office for racial profiling. Nygren was forced to hire Seipler back after he lost an arbitration ruling, a court hearing, an appellate court hearing, and a failed attempt to be heard by the Illinois State Supreme Court. After Seipler was hired back, Nygren fired him again. Zane Seipler is currently fighting to get his job back.

Deputy Scott Milliman in uniform.

Another McHenry County Deputy under siege, Scott Milliman Scott Milliman was a deputy and former right hand man to Sheriff Keith Nygren. He was fired by the sheriff for whistleblowing that the sheriff allegedly transacted in ticket fixing, bribery, general corruption, fraud in a SBA Loan, and in tapping Milliman himself to kill a McHenry County Judge and a Coroner’s Candidate. Scott Milliman is currently fighting to get his job back.

Gary Gauger, of Richmond, was wrongly convicted of murdering his parents in 1993 and sentenced to death. After years in prison his sentence was overturned and two gang members were later convicted of the murders. Gauger is released a book detailing the event called IN SPITE OF THE SYSTEM. (Ryan Rayburn photo)

How Gary Gauger got to DEATH ROW This is the real life, tragic story of Gary Gauger. He was falsely arrested and sent to Death Row by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Department for the double murder of his parents. Investigators from the sheriff’s department rigged a false confession so that they could convict him.

Undersheriff Andrew Zinke giving Cal Skinner the finger at the 4th of July Parade in Crystal Lake, IL.

McHenry County Ethics Commission, Ethical or NOT!?!? The McHenry County Ethics Commission conducted a hearing of a complaint filed by Cal Skinner that Undersheriff Andrew Zinke used a government computer for a very politically charged email. The hearing was ran over by Zinke’s attorneys Mark Gummerson and Rebecca Lee. The sign up sheet to speak at the hearing went missing but found in the possession of Rebecca Lee. The commission went into secret session, made its decision, and did so without explanation.

Pete Gonigam, publisher of the First Electric Newspaper.

First Electric Newspaper v.s. Sheriff Nygren and EEO Officer Donald Leist Pete Gonigam won a Public Access Bureau (Illinois States Attorney) appeal for the release of a 100 page report conducted by the McHenry County Sheriff’s office. The report exonerated Undersheriff Andrew Zinke after he told Brian Goode that he and his RITA Corporation was a the focal point of a drug investigation by the DEA.

Undersheriff Andrew Zinke giving Cal Skinner the finger at the 4th of July Parade in Crystal Lake, IL.

Zinke’s middle finger may cost Cal Skinner $5,000 After filing a valid ethics complaint against Undersheriff Andrew Zinke for using a government computer for his campaign, Cal Skinner was to face Zinke’s attorney Mark Gummerson. Gummerson was lobbying for a $5,000 fine against Skinner filing a valid complaint. An act of bulling and intimidation of a McHenry County citizen.

Local 150 International Union of Operating Engineers

Will McHenry County be Ripped Off by Special Interest in Sheriff Election? I question the interest and the contribution to Undersheriff Andrew Zinke’s campaign from the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 150 election. I send a letter to the President-Business Manager of the union James M. Sweeney.

IUOE Local 150 and Andrew Zinke. Is this Gangster Money for a Gangster Cop? The International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 150 contributes money to Undersheriff’s Andrew Zinke’s campaign. They have known ties to the Colombo and Gambino Crime Families.

Undersheriff Andrew Zinke Shuts Down Cal Skinner’s Blog Site Undersheriff Andrew Zinke’s campaign was able to get Cal Skinner’s website, mchenrycountyblog.com shut down by falsely accusing him of stalking and linking to obscene material. Read here on how Zinke’s campaign resorts to breaking the law to silence a citizen’s voice.

Zinke-looking-right-eyes-at-cameraAndrew Zinke Fearful to Debate Bill Prim Lies to Get Out of It. Undersheriff Andrew Zinke is so fearful to debate Bill Prim for McHenry County Sheriff that he lies to get out of it. Zinke knows that he would be out matched, outwitted, and the truth of his corrupt character would be revealed to the citizens of McHenry County. Instead of enduring such damage to his campaign he lies to coward out of it.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that ZInke and Nygren are allowing the illegal transportation of drugs into some Mchenry County Businesses…Brian Goode of Rita Corporation “Shame on you” Rita Corporation is suppose to be a contract manufacturer. Yep Zinke and Nygren have a contract (even if it is just verbal) with Brian Goode to manufacture and distribute drugs…I would really like to know Keith Nygren and Andy Zinke, what is Brian Goodes cut? How much does he make doing business with the likes of both of you? …GG or Golly Gosh judge, Keith Nygren, Andy ZInke and Brian Goode you are going to make wonderful Cell Buddies…. Now seriously boys don’t forget to pack your toothbrush for the big house Because you are going to receive a very humbling experience, cleaning floors with a toothbrush. Way to go Pete Gonigan of the FIrst Electronic Newspaper…Everyones watching so make your decisions wisely Judge…What not responding to a Freedom of Information Request?. I can tell the folks of Mchenry County this is not the first time this has happened. In fact, denial of FOI request in Mchenry County is just part of doing business with the good old boys club.

  • Duncan Mchenry says:

Extra! Extra! Read all about it…Mchenry County is more corrupt than Chicago….Congratulations Nygren and Zinke! How long did it take you to achieve that one? Oh I’m sorry those that walked before you already laid the ground work and foundation for that achievement. You became indoctrinated by the corruption machine and your regime only made corruption in Mchenry County more powerful and more destructive…You managed to adversely change a community, and many peoples lives forever……Sometimes I feel like I’m talking about Hitler. Really…….

Lets See Corruption at its best:
-Kickbacks and bribes to fix cases, including but not limited to criminal and divorce court (The child goes to the highest bidder and the deals are made in the lawyers office)
I can confirm with first hand experience..
    -Excessive force within your department
    -Ticket fixing
    -Fraudulent bank loans
    -Racial profiling
-Allowing your officers to break into homes(without a warrant) to harass and intimidate citizens.
    -False arrest/False police reports.
-Oh and lets not forget your highest achievement. Knowingly and willingly allowing a child predator such as Greg Pyle to wear the badge..

You have left quite a legacy for yourselves. Hope your proud of yourself..

…………..Internal Revenue Service……. “come out, come out, wherever you are”

  • Duncan Mchenry says:

Let’s see if we can get Brian Goode into some depositions. He would have to answer some very serious questions. He would be required to list all employees, job tittles, responsibilities and more…Then lets see purchases and expenses for that location and all of the locations for Rita Corporation… I would really like to subpoena the guys at the loading dock and ask them what they are removing from those trucks..Then, how is the merchandise repackaged for consumption?…Who is the end user? Oh I know a bunch of drug dealers providing a kick back….Guess I don’t have to ask that question..Those drugs must come in some very Pretty packaging. In fact, lets subpoena all of their employees…I am an expert in Contract Manufacturing so I know how these facilities are suppose to be run and it is not the way Brian Goode runs his operation…..Then, lets see the you know what hit the fan…Then lets subpoena Zinke…Creating my list of questions now…..May you spend the rest of your days in federal prison Brian Goode and Stinky Zinke..
